Motivation for school:
-My motivation for
-school work
     - Good Grades
     - I'll have a better future
     - It's expected of me
-Personal Goals
     -Wanting to be a better person is my main motivation for working on my personal goals

     -My motivation in my social life is having friends and meeting new people.
-family
     -My motivation in my family life is really easy. My siblings are awesome! Therefore I want to help them.
2. How can you motivate others as a leader in the following areas: school, work, family, or social?
-Family
Teach them that:
     -Family comes first, nobody should come ahead of family
     -Understand where the drama is coming from and address it and talk about it
     -Be awesome!

3. Explain the motivation style of your assigned leader for Monday's lab. 

The motivation style of my assigned leader: Malcom X is:
-Uniting against one oppressive cause such as white racism
-Being the best way to get an issue across
-Uniting the minority, making them fell like a majority and that they matter
